Women in Sensors & Electronics: Challenges & Opportunities

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

Despite advances in STEM programs and targeted initiatives, not enough women today are choosing—or sticking with—a technical career. Women at all levels make up a distinct minority of the technical professionals working with sensors and electronics. In short, we have much more to do to truly achieve diversity in the workplace and to retain and promote women in STEM-related positions. This panel consists of exception women working in the field of sensors who will discuss how we can expand access for young women and mentor, advocate and serve as role models to help women that have entered the workforce thrive in their careers.
